Board engineering is one of the key competences for 5G! The need for innovative RF integration solutions have never been bigger. We are currently looking for 1-2 Students for the board design team in our BTS Engineering lab in Stockholm to take part in the challenge of board analysis and design our future radio solutions and site concepts.

The task will be to analyze and optimize board solutions for radio in the form of a degree project/master thesis. This can involve board integration design or RF passive circuit solutions.

The work will be done in very close cooperation with our design teams in Sweden and our head office in China. Due to our current projects time-schedules it would be valuable for us if the work can start during March 2023.

Qualifications & experience

We require a University study direction that is suitable for this thesis. We believe this most likely is electrical engineering, microwave engineering, with a special individual focus of (for instance): radio frequency passive circuit (filter, antenna, etc.), microwave material.

A general understanding of microwave circuit design and CAD tools like HFSS, MWO and CST using experience would be beneficial.

The candidate can of course communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing

Required skills/personal characteristics

• We expect that the candidate can work independently as well as in a team
• The candidate should have a high focus on delivering high quality work
• Prior experience from international and multicultural work is preferred
