5.5G/6G RAN system architecture senior expert
Scope
- Research on RAN system evolution and design RAN system architecture for 5.5G/6G.
Responsibilities
- With the development of business and technology, such as millimeter wave, in-depth analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of different network architectures;
- As the chief architect, design future-oriented (5.5G/6G) RAN system architectural framework and conduct feasibility analysis of the new architectures.
Qualifications requirements
- Have experience in RAN system architecture design and development of wireless 3G/4G/5G base station products as a chief architect;
- Be proficient in M-MIMO principles and have experience in M-MIMO design and development;
- Have an in-depth understanding of the L1/L2 working principles of 4G/5G and the evolution trend of the front haul;
- Have the above experience for at least 10 years;
- Be able to travel to China and Europe for a short time;
- Be able to quickly adapt to the new work environment and actively respond to changes;
- Be able to efficiently resolve ambiguities in work;
- Have a strong desire to explore cutting-edge technologies and have a strong desire to innovate.
