Job summary

We are looking for RAN Research Expert for our Radio Transmission Technology Lab of Huawei’s Sweden Research Centre (SRC), who could undertake the responsibilities of the lab director.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Area: Focus on RAN research and standardization. Make major innovations or breakthroughs in air interface technologies and theories, which potentially become candidates for further generation networks.
• Industry Influence: Promote the achievements in academic and industrial organizations to make a significant impact on the technology development direction of the industry.

Qualifications requirements

• Rich professional experience and knowledge in radio access technologies and standards;
• Good ability to influence industry technical organizations and industries;
• Excellent technical decision-making and technical conflict coordination ability;
• Effective collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork;
• Passionate about staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the RAN space.
