HR intern- Local talent and technology resources insight
Job summary
We are looking for a HR intern to assist the president of our Research center in gaining valuable insights into local talent markets and technology resources. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with our leadership team and contribute to strategic decisions related to talent acquisition and technology trends in IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on local talent markets, providing insights to support HR strategies.
- Analyze trends in advanced technology resources and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the leadership team.
Qualifications requirements
- PhD or master candidate from KTH in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
- Strong interest in technology trends and talent markets.
- Excellent data analysis and report-writing skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

- The internship period will be 3-6 months, with flexible working hours to accommodate academic schedules.
