Job summary

We are looking for a HR intern to assist the president of our Research center in gaining valuable insights into local talent markets and technology resources. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with our leadership team and contribute to strategic decisions related to talent acquisition and technology trends in IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on local talent markets, providing insights to support HR strategies.
• Analyze trends in advanced technology resources and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Prepare reports and presentations for the leadership team.

Qualifications requirements

• PhD or master candidate from KTH in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
• Strong interest in technology trends and talent markets.
• Excellent data analysis and report-writing skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
