About the Role

Huawei Sweden Research Center is looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Campus Recruitment activities across the Nordic region.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employer branding, and candidate engagement while working in an international and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support the planning and execution of campus recruitment activities across the Nordics (career fairs, university events, competitions)

• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication to ensure a smooth recruitment process

• Act as a point of contact for candidates and provide timely support

• Maintain and update recruitment data and systems with high accuracy

• Assist in employer branding activities, including event materials and social media content

• Provide general support to the HR team in daily operations

Who You Are

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

• Interested in Human Resources, especially recruitment or talent acquisition

• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask

• Experience in event planning, student organizations, or similar activities is a plus

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

• Experience with design tools or content creation is a plus

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
