Senior UX Designer (Intelligent Mobility & Cockpit)

We're seeking a Senior User Experience Designer who thrives on innovation, excels in visual storytelling, and understands the critical importance of clear, efficient communication in bringing new ideas successfully to market. Job Responsibilities:
Drive innovation and concept development within the design team for intelligent mobility and intelligent cockpit related products.
Enhance our storytelling capabilities to effectively communicate creative concepts of automotive cockpit digital experience design.
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across global teams on complex, high-impact intelligent mobility & cockpit design projects, ensuring the delivery of truly useful, user-centric designs to our users.
Work closely with design teams in China and make use of external resources globally to support the design iteration and optimization of intelligent cockpit products.
Lead intelligent mobility & cockpit design projects from start to finish, using insights from research, creative workshops, ideation sessions, and concept design phases, focusing on the digital experience design and human-computer interaction design of cockpit central control large screens and instrument panels.
Prioritize requirements based on user experience value, technical feasibility, impact and business needs of intelligent mobility & cockpit products.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree or higher in User Experience Design, Visual Design, Interaction Design, Digital Media Design, Communication, or related fields with a focus on automotive or intelligent mobility industry is preferred.
Proficiency in one or more of the following areas: visual storytelling, animation, communication, copywriting, automotive human-computer interaction design, cockpit digital interface design.
5+ years of experience as a senior designer, with a track record of working with large global companies and clients in the intelligent mobility, automotive or related high-tech fields, and hands-on experience in intelligent cockpit product design.
Required Skills/Personal Characteristics:
An outstanding portfolio showcasing exceptional communication skills, design proficiency and proven experience in intelligent mobility & intelligent cockpit design, including digital experience and human-computer interaction design cases of cockpit central control large screens and instrument panels.
Proficiency in digital design tools relevant to the role, and familiar with the design specifications and industry standards of automotive intelligent cockpit products.
Excellent communication skills and experience in cross-cultural collaboration are preferred, with the ability to align design solutions with automotive engineering and product teams.
