Intern in the field of Power Electronics
Stockholm Small and Medium Power Laboratory (Huawei Stockholm Research Center) is responsible for Digital Power Advanced Technology Research, Architecture Evolution Design and Strategic Technology Planning. We are looking for an intern who studies in power electronics and related fields. In this position, you will work with laboratory experts and engineers to participate in technical insights, project development, and solution validation. Through the internship, you will explore the insights of the latest technological trends and industry developments in Digital Energy, Smart PV, Smart Charging, Data Center, and Site Power Sectors.
Requirements:
- You are currently registered in a Swedish University to undertake Master of Science (MSc) or an equivalent degree program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or any other similar fields
- Good theoretical understanding of power electronic converters and applications of power semiconductor devices
- Interest in power electronics, high level of motivation and self-reliance working style
- Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new topics
- Very good English language skills, in written and spoken (working language)
Key responsibilities
- Technical Insights: Gaining insights into the latest power electronics technologies from the academic field.
- Industry Insights: Understanding the latest industry developments, including competitors' new insights and industry trends.
- Project Development: Focusing on Huawei Digital Energy technology projects, working with experts and engineers to participate in technology development and verification, including power conversion technologies, control algorithms, hardware engineering, schematic and PCB design, solution testing, etc.
