Thesis description
Switched capacitors network provides a practical solution to implement on-chip high-Q applications. If switched capacitors network could be used to implement hybrid couplers, it will mitigate the use of inductors and will significantly reduce the footprints and low-Q factors along with high-Q factor. This thesis will investigate the possibilities of realizing such hybrid couplers using switched capacitors network eliminating the need of bulky inductors.
